Why is Liv. KSA merging with Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

We have decided to consolidate our digital banking services under one modern, robust, and innovative banking platform to better serve our customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a result, our Liv. KSA digital offering will be merged under the newly upgraded Mobile Banking application of the Branch of Emirates NBD – KSA (“Emirates NBD KSA”), which already includes state-of-the-art digital account opening and many other everyday banking services.

This holistic and more complete banking experience will benefit all our customers in the Kingdom as we progressively rollout a host of new features, products, and services in the months to come, and enable access to an even wider offering.

Who can support me? Chat or Call Center?

• You can chat with us through the Liv. KSA application if you are not registered in the Mobile Banking application of Branch of Emirates NBD – KSA (“Emirates NBD KSA”). However, chat services on the Liv. KSA application will only be available until 15 July 2023.

Can I log into the Liv. KSA application after registering on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

Access to Liv. KSA application will discontinue automatically once you have registered with Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application. You will then be able to manage your account through Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application. Alternatively, you can visit our branches or reach us at 8007547777 for further queries.

What happens if I do not register on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

We advise that you to register on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application before 15 July 2023. However, if you are unable to do so, your account will be automatically transferred to Emirates NBD KSA, and you will no longer be able to access the Liv. KSA application thereafter.

Please note that you can continue to transact with your debit card as usual and earn the applicable profit rates. You can also manage your account through our Emirates NBD KSA branches or call our 24/7 Call Center.

Can I register to Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application after 15th July 2023?

Yes, you can.

What are the requirements for registering on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

• Your active Liv. KSA account number

•Your ID number

• Your active Liv. KSA debit card number

What benefits will I get under Branch of Emirates NBD KSA?

Emirates NBD KSA offers a wide range of products and services that can be accessed through mobile banking, branches and our 24/7 Call Center.

Moreover, you can even avail higher interest rates on your primary accounts starting 15th of July 2023.

My Liv. KSA account is not active; how can I activate my account?

• If your account is frozen due to an expired ID, you can simply log into your Liv. KSA application and update it.

• If your account is dormant, please reach us through chat and we will support you through the activation process. Please note that if your account remains dormant after the 15th of July, you will have to visit the branch to activate the account.

•If your account is restricted due to any other reasons, please reach us through chat for further support.

I do not know my account number; how can I get the account number?

Just log into your Liv. KSA application and visit the setting page to get your account details. Please note that after the 15th of July 2023 you will need to reach out Emirates NBD KSA Call Center to get your account number after satisfying the verifications requirements.

My Debit card is lost. What should I do?

You can place a request for a card replacement through your Liv. KSA application.

How can I activate my Liv. KSA Debit Card?

You can activate the debit card through the Liv. KSA application until the 15 July 2023.

Can I continue using Liv. KSA debit card?

Yes, you can continue to use the same card until its expiry date.

Will I get a different Debit Card when I move to Emirates NBD KSA. If so, which one?

Yes, a different Debit Card will be issued once your Liv. Debit Card expires or is replaced. It will be a Visa Classic Debit Card.

Will my account number change when it’s merged with Emirates NBD KSA?

Your account number and IBAN shall remain the same as your Liv. KSA account.

I have created multiple beneficiaries on the Liv. KSA Application Do I have to re-create the beneficiaries again once I move to Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

Yes, you will need to create the beneficiaries again on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application.

I am receiving transfers on Liv. KSA account number, do I have to inform senders to change my account details?

No, you will continue to receive funds on the same account number.

I have an existing relation with Emirates NBD KSA, with a different customer number than the existing customer number for my Liv. KSA account, will I be able to register for Mobile and Online Banking?

Since you have an existing relationship with Emirates NBD KSA, with a different customer number than the existing customer number for your Liv. KSA account, here’s how to proceed:

1. If you are registered on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application or Online Banking, you can simply transfer your Liv. KSA funds to your Emirates NBD KSA account and close Liv. KSA account.

2. If you’re not registered on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application or Online Banking, please do so using your existing Emirates NBD KSA account details as you will not be able to register using your Liv. KSA account credentials. Once registered, you can transfer your Liv. KSA funds to your Emirates NBD KSA account and close Liv. KSA Account.

Please note that if you do not close the account before 15th July 2023, your Liv. KSA account will remain open under Emirates NBD KSA, and you will continue to earn the applicable profit rates, but you will not be able to access the Liv. KSA application to manage your transactions.

I have an existing relation with Emirates NBD KSA under the same customer number, will I be able to register for Mobile and Online Banking?

Since you have an existing relationship with both Liv. KSA and Emirates NBD KSA under the same customer number, here’s how to proceed:

1. If you are registered on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application or Online Banking, you will be able to access your Liv. KSA account and transact digitally through Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application and Online banking.

2. If you’re not registered yet, please do so to continue to access your Liv. account and transact digitally through the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application or Online Banking.

Please note that if you do not register on the Emirates NBD Mobile application or Online Banking before 15 July 2023, your Liv. KSA account will automatically be transferred to Emirates NBD KSA, and you will continue to earn the applicable profit rates. However, you will not be able to access the Liv. KSA application to manage your transactions.

I do not want to move to Emirates NBD KSA, how can I close the account?

We are sorry to hear that and wish you would continue to bank with us. However, if you wish to discontinue banking with us, you can transfer your funds and close the account by sending us a request through Liv. KSA chat.

How can I take out my balance from my Liv. KSA account?

You can simply withdraw from any ATM or transfer the available balance to a different account or visit any of our Emirates NBD KSA branches to withdraw the available balance.

My ID is expired. Can I still register on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

To register on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application, you need a valid ID. If your ID has expired, you’ll need to renew your ID to register on to the Emirates NBD KSA application.

Once renewed, you can log into your Liv. KSA application, update the ID and inform our chat team.

Will you be able to serve me at the branches?

Yes, Liv. KSA customers are Emirates NBD KSA customers. When you visit any of our branches for the first time, you will be asked to show your ID and register your signature to save it in our records.

Can I avail products from Emirates NBD KSA once I move?

Yes, as long as you comply with the terms and conditions.

Since the Liv. KSA chat service will not be available, how can I contact the Bank?

You can reach out to our call center at 8007547777 or visit any of our branches.

Are there any additional fees for merging with Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

No, there will be no additional charges.

What will be the profit rates on my Primary account?

Profit rates will remain the same until the 14th of July 2023. Starting 15 July 2023, Emirates NBD KSA will be offering a higher profit rate on your primary accounts as per the table below:

Can I perform local transfers from the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

Yes. Once you’ve registered on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application, you can perform local transfers as usual.

Can I use Liv. KSA application features like Livions, The Entertainer, etc. on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

No, Livions and The Entertainer will discontinue in Liv. KSA application and cannot be used on Emirates NBD KSA platforms.

When my Liv. KSA card expires, will I receive a new card? And will there be any fees?

Yes, you will receive a new card for free once your Liv. KSA card expires as long as your account is active.

How can I register on Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application?

You can register on the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile application by following the below steps:

• Download the Emirates NBD KSA Mobile Banking application from the authorized store.

• Click Register/Forgot Password or Username.

•Click Register for Mobile/Online Banking.

• Click Register with Account

• Enter the account number.

• Enter the ID number.

• Enter the requested text.

• Click on Agree to the Terms & Conditions.

• Click Next.

• Enter the Authentication Code you will receive on the mobile number registered with the bank.

• Enter your preferred Username.

• Enter your preferred Password.

• Click Next.

• Select 3 secret questions and enter their answers.

• To complete your registration, call us at 800 754 7777 (from within KSA) or +966 11 282 5566 (from outside KSA) and follow the sequence below:

  • For English press 2

  • For banking Services press 2

  • For Accounts press 1

  • Enter your Debit Card number and Pin number

  • OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number

  • Enter the OTP

  • You have pending request to activate press 1.
